Notes:
A choice of secluded, shaded campsites makes Mile Creek Park an ideal home base from which to explore the many recreational and sightseeing opportunities within easy driving distance.
A total of 69 campsites are available, all with water and power hookups, and more than two-thirds of those campsites have direct access to the shoreline of the 12,500-acre Lake Keowee.
All campsites have fire rings and lantern posts. Three heated bathrooms containing hot-water showers are
conveniently located throughout the camping area.
Security is provided 24 hours a day, with a resident ranger and camp hosts to assure that your visit will be a safe and peaceful one. Gates open at 7:00 am and close at 10:00 Dm.

From Easley: Take Hwy 8 to Pickens. In Pickens follow Hwy 183 to the intersection with Hwy 133, just north of Six Mile. Turn right onto Hwy 133, heading north. Two miles beyond intersection turn left onto Keowee Baptist Church Rd. Road will end at front gate of Mile Creek Park.
From Clemson: Take Hwy 133 north through Six Mile. Remain on Hwy 133, through Hwy 183 intersection. Two miles beyond 183 intersection turn left onto Keowee Baptist Church Rd. Road will end at front gate of Mile Creek Park. |
